4 Steps to Spiritually Navigate Quarantine

Coronavirus is calling for a pause in everyday busyness and opening a space for stillness and introspection.  The coronavirus has created a fissure in the fabric of reality where we are now able to see two vastly different realities at one time.  This pandemic is pulling back the veil of perception so that you — if you choose — are able to enter a new paradigm , which meditation, mindfulness, and certain philosophies have been pointing to for years. This new reality isn’t really new,  it has existed just underneath the perception of everyday life, subtly waiting for humanity to access this infinite field.  Right now, you are being given a choice. Will you continue in chaos and uncertainty or will you decisively choose peace and spaciousness, no matter the journey that it entails?  The first reality is governed by your ego’s perception of the coronavirus.  This surface reality is permeated with fear, uncertainty, and anxiety.  Just under this l...

How to Clear Emotional Blocks: Navigate intense emotions with ease

When was the last time you felt a strong emotion that kept on holding you back? Before any emotion can be cleared, it must be felt. Feeling each emotion is what allows it to be cleared out of your mind and cellular body.  Anything you are currently feeling, you are healing. A return of old feelings or the upheaval of emotions is not proof that you’re low vibrational or that you’re not as far along on your journey as you thought.  The present feeling is actually proof of what is clearing out of your mind and body. Stand in your courage and continue to feel everything that is arising. It is only being felt by you as it is being healed through you. ⠀ This can be so intense, but remember that each thought, feeling, and emotion is part of a greater collective consciousness. It is not yours, it does not belong to you, it is not your burden to bear. It’s only in your awareness to be felt by you.  Conversely, when a feeling is repressed, it is stored in ...

Experience Peace and Light in Any Environment

If you only had the journey and no guaranteed outcomes, would you slow down and enjoy the process a bit more? Would you have more fun or be kinder to yourself? When you explore this possibility and start to enjoy the journey, one of two things will happen.  Either your desired outcome will manifest, or it won’t. If it doesn’t, the “lack” of outcome won’t matter because you will have slowed down and enjoyed the process. You will always experience either the outcome you hope for, or something better. So, if your desired outcome doesn’t manifest there is something better in store for you... . something that you can’t even dream of. Something so amazing that you can’t begin to conceptualize or desire it.  What if this were true? How would you act differently? How would you show up? Would you bring more of yourself to each moment?  With no outcome to bank on, the only guaranteed reward is moving through the journey with more integrity, courage, conviction, and f...

Try this Meditation and Enable The Sun to Charge Your Aura

The sun is necessary for the survival, but did you know the sun’s energy can also nourish and enliven your aura and energy bodies? The energy body is the energy field that surrounds your physical body. Scientifically, this field is known as the biomagnetic field. Spiritually, it is referred to as the energy body or aura. Another form of energy, the sun’s light, arrives on the earth mostly in the form of infrared radiation. Your aura will naturally interact with the infrared energy of the sun as it comes in contact with your field. However, you can intentionally harness this energy to feel even more enlivened, empowered and deeply nourished through your Manipura chakra. The Manipura chakra is also known as the solar plexus. According to the  Himalayan Institute , “as the center of our body’s solar (pranic) system, the Manipura chakra’s fire provides the subatomic, primordial fuel to sustain all of our physical, mental, emotional and bioenergetics functioning”. The effects ...

When was the last time you checked your Vitamin D levels? Get tested, the results might surprise you!

The best way to establish your vitamin D levels is to take a blood test. There are several forms of vitamin D, and popular opinion suggests that the best test to take is the 25(OH)D blood test, which stands for 25-hydroxyvitamin D. You can take this test either at your doctor’s or purchase an in-home testing kit. Both ways produce accurate results. The test involves taking a small sample of your blood via a tiny prick on the finger, which is then analyzed in a laboratory to determine vitamin D levels. Testing for vitamin D levels has become more common and easy to do. For a time, the perception was that it was an expensive test that provided little or no definite proof for treatment. However, research has shown that early testing can help with deficiency diagnosis and treatment. Fortunately, testing for vitamin D levels has become more prevalent these days with an increasing number of practitioners regularly testing patients.
